Number one reason of a no fault divorce The number one thing that can lead to a no fault divorce is money. Everyone has financial problems at one time or another. Adversity makes a person stronger, especially when they can come out on top. What you learn only makes you stronger the next time around. People that fail to survive it, are emotionally angry. They blame the other person for the money problems. It may well be the fault of one person. A personal problem may be a main contributor. They may have a gambling problem. They may just be very bad at handling money. This anger can cause resentment. This situation may be dragged out long enough that the couple will want to dissolve the marriage. Dealing with it any longer is out of the question. The couple may feel that they will be better off without the other person. They will not have to worry about anyone spending money except themselves. Money squabbles can get out of control. Fingers will be pointed in both directions. The husband may state that the wife doesn't do anything. They may not be employed. The husband may be spending all the cash faster than the wife can make it. Hurtful names will come out of the mouths of each which could be interpereted as verbal abuse. Name calling can result in a no fault divorce. Verbal abuse can be just as damaging as physical abuse. To be submitted to the constant name calling and degrading comments will definitely take its toll on a person. Your wife or husband will probably seek out or find another person of a different gender that they will talk with. This person may be a co-worker that they car pool with every day. It may be someone they see that comes into their place of employment regularly. It could be a friend of the opposite sex. Once in a while it is a person of the same sex. Turning bisexual may be the answer to some people as they dont want to deal with the other sex. An emotional crutch has been found by your husband or wife. Physical relationship is the next step. It will probably go on for a while. You may or may not ever find out about it. Finding out about your partner being unfaithful will lead to but one conclusion. It's time for a divorce. A traditonal divorce may be the way you want to go. A no fault divorce may be the best path to take. The path you take can get ugly at any time. The nasty happens when one thinks they are getting the shaft. If this happens, the battle is on and you can forget about a no fault divorce.
