2. The Albert Dock is a popular destination for those coming to Liverpool, and its easy to see why. With shops, bars and restaurants, as well as the Tate, you'll want to see what all the fuss is about.

3. Tate Liverpool is unmissable, and if you're a fan of modern art, you'll want to come again and again. Displaying some of the most important artwork from the leading artists, you can easily spend a day here and not see everything you want to.

4. Your children will love the World Museum, and there's plenty to keep them entertained. The planetarium is also well worth a visit.

5. The famous Liverpool cathedrals should be on your list of things to see whilst you're here. Boasting incredible architecture and a rich and proud history, it's easy to see why so many people visit them each year.
