Do you find that your computer has been running slower than normal?

If so don't worry, we have all been there, about 12 months ago my computer began to run erratically and very slowly, that I had to go and buy a new computer.. or at least I thought so.
Then around a month later after using my PC extensively surfing the net, my new PC started to do the same thing, also many of my programs started not working correctly, also I started to notice that I had programs that I did not recognise were on my computer, this was the really worrying point.

Millions of people worldwide are infected by malware and spyware, and don't even know it, what you have to realise is that when you use download sites for free games, music, screensavers etc, these are where a lot of these lurk, many people don't even know that even clicking on random pop up ads can infect your PC with adware or malware.
Whichever way we get them here are 10 reasons why you dont want them on your computer.
1. Many of your programs will not run correctly.

Also remember all these programs could be placed on your PC without your knowledge, and don't think that simply deleting these critters gets rid of them, because most times it doesn't.
The main thing to do is to get a spyware and malware detector, there are many of them on the market and some are better than others, join a few forums to find out which are best, but if you don't do anything else today, get yourself one of these now, you simply won't regret it, and will be astonished when you run it, often you will find hundreds of these on your PC, so get rid of them now.
