1. People who require special treatments may decide to look elsewhere if their current practice does not offer or specialise in that area.

2. If the work being provided by their current dentists doesn't meet their expectations, it may be important for them to look around for an alternative.

3. It's not just the quality of work that can leave people dissatisfied with their dentist, however. If the level of service being providing isn't friendly, helpful and convenient, it may prompt a move.
