Easy ways include such things as selecting stairs over elevators and parking your car further from the entrance at work or the shopping center. 7. Plan to cheat on your diet. Plan one day ahead where you will allow yourself to cheat. A cheat day makes the other days easier to maintain. 8. When you let yourself down and cheat on a non cheat day don’t give up on your diet. This happens to all of us and the successful person just picks back up from where they left off. 9. When you fall off the wagon and cheat just pick back up from where you left off. All of us are going to be tempted from time to time and sometimes we just need to have that slice of cheesecake or chocolate bar to remind ourself we are still human.
