10 Tips For Stress Management
1. Talk to trusted friends and family members about your troubles. Sometimes you need maybe someone to listen. The problem may not go away but you may gain new perspective to solving it. 2. Make time for people and things that matter most in your life. In particular, set aside time for the special people in your life. 3. Take a stroll. Walking is a great form of stress reliever. Imagine yourself leaving a trail of stress behind you. 4. Look on the bright side of life. Can things be worst off? Absolutely. But it is very high unlikely. The next time you feel stress. Work on it. Resolve the matter. And the stress will go away. 5. Make decision quickly. Any decision you make in life comes with a certain amount of risk stress and conflict. It is all right to change your mind but do not make a habit out of reversing your decision. 6. Stay Positive. In life we have our up and downs. Sometimes it seem that there is more down than up. Take a look at challenge in life as lessons that help us grow. 7.Drink Tea Try drinking tea instead of coffee. Tea has calming properties. It helps to ease anxiety ann tension. Boil a steaming cup of chamomile, catnip or passionflower Whether you use tea bags or loose tea (one teaspoon of tea per cup of boiling water), steep for about 10 minutes to get the full benefits of the herbs. 8. Let go of the small stuff. They are to small to hang on to. It is not worth dying for, nor the anger, frustration or diminished effectiveness it entails. 9. Don’t be too hash on yourself. We are imperfect human beings. You are living the best way the know how. Sure, you may mess up once in a while. We all do. That is perfectly all right. 10. Don’t envy what other is having.
