10 Tips For Natural Acne Treatment

Treating acne has always been difficult for some. Either the product does not suit you or the acne does not disappear. The chemicals found in acne treatment products can be useful but it can also damage your skin. Treating acne naturally will aid you in preventing acne while giving you the benefits of a clean face without chemicals.
Natural products are easy, cheap, effective and beneficial for you and your skin.

1. Oatmeal - Not only is it good to eat, but it can be applied as a mask on the face to eliminate acne. The oatmeal draws impurities that are deep into the skin and absorbs excess sebum. Just apply it all over the face, let it for ten minutes and rinse. The results are almost immediate when applied regularly.

2. The apple cider vinegar - This form of vinegar lowers the pH of the skin and eliminates bacteria and absorbs excess sebum. Pour a small amount of apple cider vinegar diluted (eight doses of water in a dose of vinegar) on a cotton pad and apply on affected areas. You can decrease the dilution of vinegar if you have a sensitive skin. Let it for ten minutes and rinse.

3. Lemon - If the vinegar does not suit you, you can choose lemon juice instead. Containing citric acid, it exfoliates the face by helping the acne to dry.

4. The tea tree oil (Melaleuca oil) - used in aromatherapy, tea tree oil can be purchased at most pharmacies. Apply tea tree oil directly on the areas affected by acne. You can also mix it with jojoba oil, you can apply it across the face.

5. Toothpaste - Yes, the toothpaste may be a way to treat acne naturally. For people who travel a lot, you can directly apply a drop of toothpaste on an acne, it will reduce redness and irritation.

6. Baking soda - found in most kitchens, baking soda is a good exfoliator. Mix a little baking soda in water to form a paste. Gently massage the skin with the paste for ten to fifteen seconds. Rinse.

7. Aloe Vera - Primarily used to heal burns, aloe vera has been an effective way to treat acne naturally. Aloe vera is effective in removing acne scars and blemishes.

8. Egg white - Separate the yolk, egg white heals skin prone to acne. The egg white absorbs excess sebum that can cause more pimples. Beat the egg whites until foamy and let stand for fifteen minutes. Rinse.

9. Cucumber Juice - The cucumber cools the skin. When applied to skin affected by acne, cucumber is an effective way to treat acne naturally calming inflammation and irritation.

10. Eat healthy foods that include the products above can help prevent acne. Assimilate vitamins those that strengthen the skin, can then help to have a face with a healthier skin. Fighting against acne from the inside can be a faster way to get rid of acne. Treating acne can obviously be both good for your skin but also your body.
