When we get to the gym with new program we are all pumped up with enthusiasm. Few weeks later this magical motivation tends to slip away and we struggle to keep to our goals.
To build muscle you need to keep the same intensity level and workout frequency to get results. This is getting trickier since fast results are not overnight or over week. Sometimes it may take a month before we see visible result on our bodies.
