-- Low fat/calorie/carb diets: The reasoning behind these types of diets is that if you get rid of the stuff that can causes you to be fat, then you won’t gain weight anymore and that you’ll actually begin to lose it. THIS IS FALSE!! This is so far from the truth it’s not even funny. As a matter of fact, these diets will make you FATTER THAN EVER!!!
