11 Day Diet-can You Lose Weight In 11 Days?

I know that losing weight is one of the main things that us Americans are after, but can you lose weight in just 11 days? In this article, we are going to be going over an 11 day diet and weight loss program that will allow you to lose the maximum amount of weight in the smallest amount of time. Are you ready to get started?

1-Have some confidence

Before we actually dive into the diet and exercise program, I think it is important we talk about having some confidence and believing in yourself. I want you to ask yourself a question, when was the last time you achieved something great without having confidence? It has probably been a while. Because of that, you need to attack these next 11 days with total belief in yourself.

2-Make sure you are working out

When it comes to losing a lot of weight, it is very important you workout. Having a diet alone will not do it. For the next 11 days, make sure you do full body workouts every other day. This will give you a total of six full body workouts. You want the lift a weight that will allow you to get about fifteen reps. Superset the squat, bench, pull up, and deadlift.

3-Get your diet correct

It is important you stop drinking anything but water for the next eleven days. Yes, this will include both coffee and beer. Right now you want to go on a diet that is high in protein but low in carbs. Eat a lot of eggs and meat.
