12 Ways To Market Your Business Locally As Well As Internet Marketing
1. Seek out others in your community who have a home based business that you can network with. 2. Check with hotels and motels to see if you can leave a basket in the lobby with free items for their guests promoting your business 3. Contact local churches to see if you can advertise in their weekly bulletins. 4. Join a Meetup group of interest or start one. They are great for networking. 5. Be sure to ask for referrals 6. Put your service or product for sale in a charity give away basket. 7. Attend free seminars to meet people and gather business cards so you can contact them later. 8. Serve in a charitable organization, this puts your business name in a positive light in the community. 9. On the back of your business card create a saying that will grab a potential client's attention. Use this as an example: "Call me to find out how this card can have your name on the front" You can print this yourself on a label and stick it on. 10. Leave business cards in coffee shops, libraries, sitting rooms, etc. I leave only one on a table, counter or other furniture. 11. If you use public transportation, be sure to leave a business card or flyer on your seat when you exit the carrier. 12. Be sure to capitalize on the holidays. Make special flyers for the holiday and offer a discount or free gift if they do business with you. Always put your website on your flyer or business card so you are not only network marketing but you are considered as having an Internet Marketing Business.
