2 Aerobics Exercises For The Abdomen

Here are 2 outside-the-box aerobics exercises for the abdomen that are little-known and under-used. But be aware, that doesn't mean that things such as jogging and riding on a stationary bike are better. They're not... and it's not even close.

1. Spinning around like children

This secret exercise works by stimulating the Endocrine System (it controls your hormones) to balance out your daily hormonal output. If you can have a balanced flow of hormones each day, your body is in near perfect condition to lose weight rapidly.

The correct way to spin is by spinning clockwise with your arms out like airplane wings. Spin for between 5-15 repetitions at first to see how your body reacts to the spins. You want to get slightly dizzy, not extremely dizzy.

2. Walking on an incline or a hill

This creates a massive oxygen deficit within your body. When that happens, your body is forced to tap into it's bodyfat for quick energy. All you do is walk on a treadmill that's at a 10-15 degree incline or walk up a nearby hill. Do this for 15-20 minutes a day. Oh and if you're thinking this isn't much different than normal walking, just try it out smarty pants and you'll see it's way different and way better.
