2 Belly Fat Burning Exercises

Here are 2 simple belly fat burning exercises that you can do outside the gym. One of these takes just 5 minutes and the other takes 10 minutes. That's it.

1. Hula Hooping

This is where you need the $3 to buy a cheap hula hoop. Go get it and start twirling it around your waist for 10 minutes a day. You don't even need to do the 10 minutes all at the same time. You can break it up into 2 minutes at a time. That's what I do.

I do that by watching tv and using the hula hoop during 2 minute tv commercials. If I just watch 1 tv show that's 1 hour long, it'll have on average about 22 minutes of commercials. So getting in 10 or more minutes of hula hooping is a piece of cake (oops, did I just say piece of cake).

The hula hoop is great for burning belly fat off. Basically... for women, if you want a nice feminine curvy body like that of a belly dancer, the hula hoop is a must do exercise. It sculpts the waist and hips with laser precision.

2. Hindu Squats

This is a no weights versions of squats. What you do is squat up and down as fast as possible while you either touch or swipe your finger tips to the ground with each repetition. This insures you went down far enough. Do 100 repetitions in less than 5 minutes. Once you can do that, do 200 in 10 minutes.

This works great for belly fat burning because this exercise creates a huge oxygen deficit that forces your body to scavenge for a quick energy source. That source... your body fat!

If you just try out these 2 belly fat burning exercises a few times, you'll see within a week that they do as I say... so try them out.
