24 Hugs And Kisses A Day...

A friend of mine who has three children (22, 15 and 11) has brought them up to believe that every child should have 24 hugs and kisses and I Love yous every day. I couldn’t believe that she has managed to give her teenage boys daily hugs and kisses and they love it! Her children have grown to accept and expect this positive behaviour and have thrived on it.

My friend swears that no matter how old a child is, knowing and feeling that they are loved and cherished has improved their character, relationships, moods and behaviour. Even when she is abroad, she finds the time and ways to send them their daily quota of hugs and kisses.

24 hugs and kisses everyday, might be a bit much for some, but if you can set a daily target of a few more than you are already giving and enjoy sharing these wonderful feeling with the people you love in your home.

More ways to increase love and co operation at home

Encourage your family to perform Random Acts of Kindness for each other -

Make a Post Box and encourage each person to write special notes to other members of the family

At the end of the day, discuss your day together and remind each other of your qualities
