Instead opt for healthier foods that are raw and unprocessed. Fresh fruits, veggies, and meats will help you shed fat fast and keep it off for good without going on crazy diets.

It's easy to get really fired up about getting rid of those pounds and then diving in head first and completely changing your whole life to help you achieve your goals. The problem with this is that it's just too hard to stick to.

Make some small goals first and stick to them, like eating less at each meal, or cutting white bread out of your diet.
