3 Great Tips For Getting Rid Of Those Horrible Man Boobs

Ever had anyone make a joke about your man boobs? Not nice is it? It’s not funny either! It’s not funny because having man boobs is one of the side effects of being overweight and we all know how serious a risk to your overall health that is. Diet – A good diet is the foundation of all weight loss. Always have a good breakfast. Never skip this meal, it’s the most important of the day. Cut out processed foods such as white bread, sugar, white pasta and canned goods. If you can’t live without a fizzy drink, make sure it’s the diet variety. It also goes without saying that alcohol is a no-no too. Try to keep the bulk of your carbohydrate intake to the first half of the day and choose snacks that are healthy such as fruit, veggie sticks and yoghourt.

Exercise - Start building up your muscles with aerobic exercise at least three times a week. If you are not used to exercise you should aim for an activity that leaves you sweaty and slightly out of breath. Stop immediately if you experience any pain or are left gasping. Over time your muscles will become stronger and burn more fat so you will feel better and look buffer!

General Activity – Once your diet and exercise regime has started to take off the pounds you will start to feel much better in yourself. Time now to take up an active hobby. This is not just for the exercise but for the social aspect too. There are clubs all over the country for sports like golf, cycling, tennis, walking etc where you can meet people and make new friends while enjoying a sport.

Once you get rid of your horrible man boobs you can be more confident and less self conscious and generally have a great life.
