3-hour Diet
However, every now and then a diet comes along that completely reshapes the way that people think about weight loss and the three hour diet is one such diet. The reason for this is that the 3-Hour Diet completely changes the way that people look at dieting and it is a fresh approach that has shown very promising results for many of the people that have tried it. According to Jorge Cruise, the author and creator of the 3-Hour Diet, what you eat is not important. While eating terrible foods like chocolate and junk food all the time will have very obvious results, the point that Cruise makes with this diet is that the difference between foods that are generally healthy and nutritious is negligible and the reason that people actually gain weight is because they end up eating at irregular intervals. Rather than worrying about what you eat, Jorge Cruise suggests that you eat every three hours. You can focus on fruits and vegetables and lean proteins primarily, but you can also branch out and have basically whatever you want so long as you keep it in moderation. The main thing however is that you must eat something (even if it is only a small snack) every three hours. The logic behind the diet, according to Cruise, is that if your body holds onto fat if you don't eat every three hours because it goes into "starvation mode." By eating every three hours, you ensure that your body is consistently taking in nutrients and therefore the mechanisms in place to protect the body from starvation are not utilized. While the 3-Hour diet is unconventional, it also has a proven track record of success. To learn more about the 3-Hour Diet please visit http://www.diet-fads.com/diets/Three-Hour-Diet.shtml.
