If you need immediate income because when you are new in the industry it is unlikely you will replace your income immediately. Use your Job as a funding source to build your business. Any business is doomed to failure regardless of how much value it offers if it is under funded. Expect that 95 % of everyone you talk to will reject your business but also know that over time that 5 % will grow to thousands of people in your business if you persist. Seek to leverage your efforts through the work of others but it is critical to understand that the people that join your team are not your employees for you to Lord over. Each person that joins your business has their own motives, education and skill backgrounds. You will find your greatest success as a leader by leading - in other words focus on recruiting and training and work with the willing. You cannot make some one want success that has to come from within. Give recognition to your leaders and support them by making yourself available for 3 way calls, encouragement advice. Never take your foot off the gas pedal - always be recruiting and you will reach your "tipping point". When you come to really recognize that marketing is about talking to many people and offering sincere genuine solutions for a profit and that most people will reject what you have to offer you will have success.
