Have you ever actually tried to get outdoors for some fresh air and exercise regularly ? If so, were you successful at it? Or were you one of those unfortunates who got derailed, distracted or stalled out? Most never even try. Some had good intentions, wanted to try, but did not know where to start. Some got "cold feet" because of the unknowns. Others went off and tried something else because they never really understood the potential benefits.

First off, exercising will prolong your life and hold back aging. O.K., I understand you when you object that and say that you just do not have the time or energy That may very well be true, however studies now show that it is very important to do this for health reasons.

Second, getting out and getting some sunshine on your face daily is also beneficial for good health. Plus, the sunshine is the number one source for production of vitamin D. And vitamin D is crucial to good health, lowers cancer risk and is a good antioxidant.

Third and last, if you get out and exercise using interval training this will increase your lung capacity which is also now linked to longevity. This will mean that you will live a long and healthier life. Once again, you do want to enjoy your golden years right!

Think about those three reasons, consider them. For many, they make a compelling case for seriously considering trying to get outdoors for some fresh air and exercise on a daily basis. Do they convince you?
