We are bombarded by daily stress. Yes, we live in very stressful times. It's not really a surprise to anyone. Latest news, stressful crime, hectic lifestyle, war and social life and we have a lot of stress to name of. But we can induce stress. We can use views and soothing sounds for relieving stress for instance.

If you're wondering how to cope with stress, problems and negative feelings. You are not alone. Learning to overcome with stress in a healthy way is quiet hard and understandable, but there are some simple strategies that are well suited for stress situation. This is a chance to take a break and do the following relaxation.

Music. If we guys sing and dance chances we can distract stress. Sing and dance along with your favorite choice of music. Go extend your arms in the air and wave it back and forth, move all your body and dance like a great dancer. If you are worried someone might see you, you can always try that at home while you are having your shower. You can do it twice a day and you’ll see you will feel rejuvenated. Music can be inspired, refreshing and certainly can relieve from stress.

Water. Although water is not technically a food, it is important to have enough water, and Instead of alcohol and caffeine why not switch into water? There are so called nutritional stresses. Because even mild dehydration can stress the body. Stay calm to stay well hydrated. You can eat vegetable and fruits too. They are also full of water. I know it is sometimes hard to give up certain habits, but we can let go and replace those that cause us stress and problems.

Pray to God. Remember that no matter how heavy we carry on our shoulder, we are not alone. God travels with us all the way. God said, “I am holding you by your right hand, I am the Lord your God. And I say to you ‘Do not be afraid. I am here to help you.”(Isaiah 41:13).

Jesus preached: “Stop being anxious about your souls as to what you will eat or what you will drink, or about your bodies as to what you will wear.” (Matthew 6:25). God will give only the things we need and not what we want, most of it would have only caused us sadness and grief. Let us not forget to pray to God. He is the best person we can turn to. He knows our burdens, our fears, and best he knows what is best and what our hearts desire. The Holy Bible says, “A man may plan his life, but the Lord directs his steps”. (Proverbs16:9).
