3 Simple Ways To Generate Quality Internet Trafic For Any Business

The primary driving force for running a successful Internet business funnels through Internet trafic. This trafic comes in all types, shapes and forms. The idea is to generate the most targeted trafic possible. The key here is trafic “specificity.” If you are currently driving trafic to your website but your trafic is not converting to leads and sales then, assuming your website presents itself well, your trafic is not specific enough to your products and services.

When you own and run your own web-based business, your website becomes the primary “browsing window” for your shoppers. Without a doubt, these shoppers are the basis for your revenue. But instead of shoppers gazing in your store window on a cobblestone street, they are instead glued to their monitor in hopes they find something compelling and special about your website. But if your prospects were searching for “golf shoes” for example and your website only sells “kids bowling shoes” then both you and the consumer have missed your marks.

There are three very simple and easy ways to make sure your website is "speaking" to the right people.

One: Analyze your webpages! There are many tools out there that will allow you to analyze your website to determine the frequency of certain words that seem to appear on your website more often than others. Once the analysis is completed, you should have access to a detailed list of keywords and their relevancy to your website in the order of importance and/or frequency. In other words, with the click of a few buttons on your computer, you can have your entire website evaluated with a detailed printed list of the most frequently used keywords.

Google offers a free web-based website analysis tool that will allow you to perform this analysis.

Once you have determined your list of keywords, the idea is to use as many of these keywords in your advertising. These keywords should be used in the titles and headlines of your articles, the headlines of your pay per click ads and anywhere else you choose to advertise your business. These keywords should be used in all advertising whether it's online or off line.

Two: Complementary websites! It's safe to say that a person who visits a website that offers recipes is also a prime candidate for an additional related items such as cookware, pots and pans, Tupperware, utensils and any other kitchen supplies required for making or cooking. Make sense? So in order to generate some of the highest quality trafic available today, you should research other websites and find some of the most popular websites that offer complementary products and services. A lot of these high trafic websites will sell you or rent to you some space on their website for a banner ad. Most of the time you will find this type of marketing performs better than even such marketing as Google pay per click.

The reason why is because as people surf the Internet and stumble upon websites they enjoy, they usually bookmark them and come back over and over again. This process creates trust and builds relationships between the website owner and the website visitor. If you're advertisement is featured somewhere on my website, then by default the visitor will assume, in most cases, they can trust the person behind that advertisement as well. Google pay per click does not offer this. Facebook marketing, although much better (and cheaper) than Google pay per click, does not offer this either.

Three: Joint ventures! Similar to the complementary websites, there are also many business owners on the Internet that understand the value of building lists. By contacting business owners with large databases filled with prospects, you can sell an extremely large amount of products and services in a very short period of time. Assuming you are contacting the right people, in most cases it's extremely easy to work a deal with them so that you can mail your offer to their list of prospects.

For example if your website offered “free website evaluations,” then everyone who filled out the form to receive a free website evaluation becomes part of your database. If someone then contacts you and asks you to offer their web design services to your list in return for a part of the commissions based on your mailing efforts, this would be a great joint venture.
