3 Tips On Choosing A Lawn Mower
The first thing you should consider is what size lawn do you have. This will determine what size of mower you need. A small lawn can get by with a small push mower while a larger yard might justify a riding mower. With a medium size lawn you might choose a larger push mower or maybe a self propelled once. If you decide you need a riding mower, do you have a place to store it. They take up a lot of room. The next thing to consider is whether you want to rake clippings, bag them or mulch them. Some cities do not allow for the disposal of lawn clippings in landfills. If this is the case, you will either want to bag and compost them or you will want a mulching mower. Mulching mowers cut the clippings into small pieces that will break down easily in your yard. The last thing you want to consider before you invest in a mower is if you will even use it. If you absolutely hate doing lawn work you might be better off just putting that money towards a lawn service. There is no point in buying a shiny new mower just to let it rust and collect dust in the garage. Hopefully this article has given you some things to consider. Take a moment and think about your decision because once you have made your purchase you are stuck with it for some time.
