3 Ways To Stay Active And Have Fun Doing It
Activity #1: You're It! Playing tag is a great way to have some laughs and get some good exercise. Running away from others at full speed is sure to fire up your metabolism and give you a good workout. This activity is especially fun if you have kids to chase around (and be chased by). Activity #2: Head To The Beach Going to the beach is always fun and there's a lot you can do to get exercise as well. Go for a swim every few minutes and swim hard, don't just wade. Or bring a frisbee or volleyball with you so you can run around in the sand and play back and forth with your friends. Activity #3: Go Dancing Many kinds of dancing can be an extremely good workout. Consider signing up for a class in your area. You'll learn a fun new skill and maybe even meet some really nice people to hang out with. As long as you're not doing a really slow dance, this will burn a lot of fat. The trick to getting and staying healthy is to find things that you like doing that are good for you.
