The baby is now almost perfect, as they have grown eyebrows, lashes and even hair on their head. When 32 weeks pregnant, a mother starts to experience a painful sensation in and around the areas of not only the lower back, but also the buttocks. This is due to the fact that at this time, the mother's centre of gravity has shifted, which means that she should be cautious to avoid simple accidents, which include clumsiness and falling.

If the mother is expecting twins, at 32 weeks pregnant, the size of the uterus will have grown to possibly the size it should be at full term, were it a single baby. The rapid increase of the uterus is likely to enhance the occurrence of heartburn and indigestion to the mother. She might even experience increased bouts of breathlessness. The remedy should be a lot of water and foods rich in fiber, to ward off constipation.
