5 Bodybuilding Tips That Will Give You The Awesome Body You Desire

Here’s the first great way to finally add some bulk to your body: 1) Use free weights Don’t get me wrong, machines are great for what they do. But if you want the maximum effect from your workouts, use free weights. When you use free weights, your muscles contract and expand in places where machines don’t allow them to go. This means that even though you may be intending on working out one part of your body, other parts will be exercised also due to the fact that you have to control the weights. Because of all of this control and free weight movement, your muscles will grow faster. This is not a secret and is the reason why top muscle-builders use mostly free weights instead of machines. 2) Do double-sets instead of single-sets Double sets are when you workout two similar muscle areas instead of one. Not only does this make your workout faster, but it adds alot of lean bulk to your body. Single-sets are your normal set-by-set routine, and are not as effective as double sets. With double sets, you’re tiring your muscles faster and don’t allow yourself to rest as much in-between sets, thereby making the weights feel heavier than they really are. Because of it, you will become stronger and gain more muscle as opposed to if you did each exercise separately. 3) Train hard You always want to train hard. Instead of resting 1 minute between sets, rest for 30 seconds. Or find ways to do more reps instead of the normal routine that you’re used to. You want to push yourself hard so that your muscle can get tired and stretch. You also want to add variety to your workouts so that your body doesn’t get used to the same old workout routine. This is called “muscle confusion” - and is the remedy for not reaching a plateau when building your muscles. Also, remember to get adequate rest. Your muscles will grow when you sleep, so be sure to get at least 8 hours of rest also. 4) Use correct form Cheating never helps you to build muscle, so be sure to use the right technique and form - even when you’re at the last rep in your set. When you use the wrong form in your workouts, you limit your growth and you put yourself at risk for injuries. If you’re using the wrong technique because the weights are too heavy, then the obvious answer is to use slightly lighter weights. Nothing is worse than a bodybuilder who uses the wrong form. This is the fastest way to workout more than you have to, and to see results longer than you’re expecting. 5) Eat right Eating right is the cornerstone of proper muscle growth. Building muscle is more than just lifting weights - you have to eat on a good meal plan also to see the best results. If you workout for an hour and then stuff down on some fast food - then alot of your efforts have been compromised by your poor eating. You want alot of protein, carbs, and oil such as omega, olive, and fish. And the faster you can get these nutrients after you workout the better. Muscles are heavier than fats, so the more protein you can intake the better - as this will help your muscle growth. If you can get protein in the form of a bar or shake, then this is good also. You will gain alot of weight this way, but this is a good thing to have - as it will be more muscle weight instead of fat. With these 5 tips you can’t go wrong in the weight room.
