5 Premature Ejaculation Techniques To Last Longer By Tonight!

Being a premature ejaculator myself, I've done countless hours of research (probably just like you), just to cure my problem. I've read so many different premature ejaculation techniques that I could write a novel on it. Most of them didn't help me much, but there were a few that I did use to help me out:

1. Kegel exercises: Kegels are the workouts that involve flexing and relaxing your PC muscle (your groin, essentially) over and over to strengthen it. The PC muscle is what's responsible for many things, but most importantly, when you work it out, it's able to increase your sexual endurance to last longer.

2. Testes tug: Before you ejaculate, the scrotum will bring the testes closer to the body. If you gently tug the testes down, you can prevent ejaculation.

3. Try out different condoms: There are many different condoms out there you can experiment with to increase your sexual duration. They come in a variety of styles from ribbed to thick to numbing. I've found that the numbing ones are way too effective, but the thick ones do me well.

4. Try out different numbing agents: Some men swear by them, but I personally do not like them at all. They rub off into your partner and numb her too. Also, I've heard of people having horrible experiences because of someone having a horrible reaction to the cream/spray.

5. Masturbate before sex: This will keep your sex drive lower, and you can add a good amount of time to your sexual duration if you masturbate at least once before sex. This technique is pretty important.
