5 Simple Steps To Put An End To Panic Attack

Panic attack is a short period of panic .It is a sudden over powering feeling of fear and anxiety that prevent somebody from functioning , often triggered by a past or present source of anxiety .
Anxiety is the feeling of worry, nervousness or agitation often about something that is going to happen.
Anxiety can also be defined as extreme apprehension, a state of intense apprehension or fear of real or imagined danger, manifested physiologically as increased heart rate, sweating, trembling, weakness, and stomach or intestinal discomfort.
I am so sure that with these simple steps that I will be sharing, you should be able to put an end to panic attack in your life. Here are five simple steps to put an end to panic attack.

• Aromatherapy: is a form of treatment using plant oils extracted from plants to alleviate physical and psychological disorders, usually massage or inhalation. Anytime you feel physically tensed and suffering from panic , give your shoulder a gentle massage with three drops of essential oils like geranium, lavender ( is a plant that has clusters of fragrant bluish purple flowers that produce a fragrant oil) . The Latin name is called Lavendula officinalis . Oils you can also use are aromatic oil of sandalwood tree (the aromatic oil that is extracted from the wood of sandal wood trees and used in perfumes and incense and as an essential oil in aromatherapy) , basil oil . If you are unable to get these, you can use three spoons of a cold pressed vegetable oil such as sweet almond or olive oil. Omit basil oil if you are in first three weeks of pregnancy.

• Diet: you should eat plenty of foods rich in :

1. Vitamin B: A group of water soluble vitamins found in yeast, seed germs, eggs, liver and vegetables. It is also called vitamin B complex.
2. Vitamin E: A pale yellow viscous fluid occurring in vegetable oils, butter, eggs, and cereal grains that is important for fertility in humans and as an antioxidant.
3. Calcium: A soft silver – white element that is an alkaline earth metal constituting about three percent of the earth’s crust.
4. Magnesium: A light silver – white metallic element that occurs naturally in compounds.

You have to reduce your amount of sugar intake and avoid alcohol and caffeine .All this can be substituted with herbal tea or fruit juice.

• Yoga practice: Yoga is a system of breathing exercises and postures derived from or based on Hindu yoga. Your breathing becomes fast and shallow, during panic attack. This may lead to disruption of body’s oxygen and carbon dioxide levels. This has an effect on your body system as a whole. Yoga practice for breathing calm and get rid of panic.

• Herbal remedies : Always make sure you take a cup of tea out of vervain, rosemary, or ginseng ( a forked aromatic root used in traditional Chinese medicine. Is now widely used as a tonic , and is credited with simulative and restorative powers ) , three times daily for three weeks when you are suffering from panic attack. To ease your tension and to get good sleep try chamomile cava, lime flower, valerian and hops.

• Find the root of your panic attack: Think of the possible origins of your panic attack as a first step to overcoming it. Think in a positive way and you will start feeling better.
