Step 1. Drink more water - We have been told this for many years for one reason, it works. When you consume more h2o your body stays hydrated and also flushes your body of any impurities. When your body is hydrated it functions more efficiently giving a slight increase to your metabolism. Step 2. Diminish the amount of sugar you consume - This step may be a little hard for some to follow. We all like sweet stuff, some more than others. Start exercising - This is a step that many people try to avoid but it is very important. This is attributed to the new strain you are putting on your muscles. To remedy this problem a diet that is high in protein and other healthy foods is recommended. Make sure you get a good nights sleep - This is an important and often overlooked step in the fat burning and muscle building process. When we rest our bodies have the time it needs to repair our muscles. Most doctors suggest that we get between six and seven hours of sleep a night. I know for some of us this is not possible but just get as much as you can. Now you know the five easy steps to burn fat and build muscle.
