You may have heard the phrase 'the money is in the list'. You may have read the the acheivements of those making their fortunes with their optin lists as you look on in awe at how they succeed at it. Maybe, all you succeeded in doing, was subscribe to a lot of other opt-in mailing lists.

Perhaps, you've cost yourself a lot of money hiring ghostwriters or spent money on ads in other ezines, or you have been building your own without converting the sales. So what's wrong? How do you become like them?

The successes know their niche thoroughly . They explored the need and found a way to fill it. They pick a product because they imagined it would be well liked, they investigated it thoroughly first. Telling, your niche doesn't necessarily make them want your product.
