5 Ways To Kick Start Your New Six Pack Abs

If you have a goal to flatten your stomach or having hard six pack abs, you tried everything but cannot seem to get your hard abs going no matter what
kind of pill you take or machine you buy nothing seems to be working. Don't beat yourself up, I will show you 5 easy steps to kick start your six pack abs goal.
1. Listen to your body and identify food intolerances. It is important that you have an idea of the things you eat and how your body reacts to it. Not
knowing your body response to certain foods may keep you in track. Allergies, Lactose, Caffeine etc. Don't have to see a specialist but simply keeping track of them and knowing them.
