6 Steps To Dealing With Frustration
1. Dealing with frustration is possible when whatever happens you are happy. Just don't get caught by this situation. Be a happy person. 2. Dealing with frustration becomes easier when you make a list of the benefits you still find in the situation. For example: you are frustrated because you care for an old neighbour and it takes too much time. If you are convinced that you have to do it, do it happily. Make list of benefits. For example: You have nice chat you're your neighbour every day. You enjoy his happy gratitude. You feel you are a good person. Every year he surprises you with a present, or whatever. Congratulate yourself being such a good neighbour. And think about how happy you would be when someone would do this for you. 3. Turn your frustration into a game. Compete with yourself how many people you cheered up at your job. See your situation as a challenge to make fun out of it. When this day was better than yesterday; celebrate it! 4. Brainstorm with yourself what kind of funny things you can do. Find some crazy solutions for problems and laugh about it. 5. Dealing with frustration is easy when you can prepare something totally out of the box. You do things that nobody expected. Organize a boat trip for your colleagues. Take you guitar to work and sing during lunch. But don't do this if it is uncomfortable for you. Your own enjoyment should come first. 6. The sixth step for dealing with frustration is starting something just for you. Sometimes you do something frustrating. Another time you enjoy yourself with something just for you. Can be a new hobby or going to the sauna every week, or taking a massage (very good?) The conclusion: be a happy person and do everything you need to do to become a happy person. Frustration cannot catch you when you are just happy. Article Directory: http://www.articledashboard.com Annelies Hilgers is an online coach. She adviced hundreds of people. through the internet.
