7 Steps To Better Economy, Health and Relationships
Are you completely satisfied with your results here and now?
Would you like to have better economy, health and / or relationships? Are there areas in your life that you would like to make improvements in?
I think that most people would like to have better control over their finances and would like to be in the best of health possible, and have wonderful, fulfilling relationships. Surely, you must be one of these people.
The first thing you need to do then is to look at your external results, which are a reflection of what you can and do carry with you in your conscious mind (sometimes), and in your subconscious (always).
This means, that if you carry the mental or subconscious limitations, you can not get the results you want, no matter how much you try. Sure, with a little hard work, you can achieve some results temporarily, but sooner or later you will be back to what your conscious and subconscious tells you.
Take a good look at your current results. Do these reflect the thoughts and feelings that you are carrying? Next take a look at how your parents are / were and what results they have / had. They have unconsciously or consciously passed on their conscious and subconscious thoughts and feelings to you and me.
Remember that no child is born with a poor self-esteem, that feeling that life is hard, nor is any child aware that they are born into poor or good economic conditions. No, there is not doubt at all that we have gotten these thoughts and feelings from our parents as well as others in our surrounding. Self-esteem is something that we acquire as we grow and go through life.
Here are some tips that may help you along the way to improving your economic situation, your health and your relationships with others:
1. Find out where you are with your finances, health, relationships, etc.
2. Find out where you want to be
3. Are you aware of the limitations that are preventing you?
4. What are your subconscious restrictions? Here, you have to imagine what it can be
5. Convert limits to opportunities
6. Make a plan of action and make change
7. Enjoy your improved results
