7 Ways For Skinny Guys To Beef Up

Genetic factors does play an important role in building up your muscles.

However misconception led many skinny guys to overtrain to cover up that shortage of a muscle building genes. This leads to strenuous and demanding exercises that may be counter productive.

Like I say it is a misconception. Even with a lack of genetic factor, even a skinny guy who is committed and under the right training will be able to build up muscles that draws eyes.

You need to put on heavy lifts! There are small percentages of people who actually have their nutrition in order but they left this part of the equation out.
