8 Simple Foods For A Healthy Diet

Almost all of us are food lovers by nature; we want to eat a lot. We love to try different kinds of foods that are new to us. Foods that catch our attentions and will make us really happy, there are also those types of foods that are comfort foods, we eat them if we are stresses or we are bored.

Food is one of the basic and fundamental needs that we have to be able to survive our daily living. But there are a lot of foods that would tend to cause bad effect and good effect those foods that are high in carbohydrates, fats and sodium which will cause built up of excess sugars and triglycerides that will affect our systems and will cause diabetes mellitus and heart problems in the future.

We should be very keen and careful in the foods that we eat here are some of the foods that you should be eating to keep you healthy.

Vegetables
Fruits
Rice/bread
Lean meat of pork, beef and turkey
Fish and sea weeds
Cereals and oat meals
Milk and fresh fruit juices
Little of sweets, chocolates or candies.

Anything in excess is not good, you should be particular of what you are eating for it might cause you any health related problem, don’t wait for that time when you can’t do anything but to regret that you should be eating the right food when you are still young or when you have all the time for you to be eating what is right and proper. Eat what you want but be sure to have all the limits you need to be healthy and fit.
