We truly believe that being part of a team helps you tremendously to adapt to the new venture you are getting yourself into, but having genuine team support is what really helps you to grow your home based business.
We believe that there are several reasons why having effective and genuine team support is key to help you grow your business:
1. Communication and Interaction: You and I are creatures made to socialize. The fact that you are working from home may limit the times you will be interacting face to face with people, this is why in this business we use technology such as the internet, webinar, and conference calls. We are made to exchange information with one another, and if you join a team that offers ongoing training, conference calls, webinar, and one on one calls, then you are in the right track for success.
2. Encouragement and motivation: One of the things that we have learned from other leaders in our business is to always ask our members: How are you doing?, How did you do it?, and How can we help you?. Then give praise to those who have obtained success, and a word of encouragement to those that are struggling.
3. Knowledge: The fact that we are part of a team, gives us the benefit of learning from other people's stories, about their success and failures, and this will certainly save you time, energy, and money in this business.
4. Diversity and unity: The core value of a team is its diversity. It is a fact that neither you, nor I, or any of the other six billion people on this planet are the same. The same goes with the members of any team; each individual brings their own background, experiences, skills, and knowledge to the group. By getting the best of each member, through understanding and acceptance, you can experience unity in your team. This sense of unity gives comfort and even purpose.
There is a saying from King Solomon that I would like to share with you, and that is: "Though one may be overpowered by another, two can withstand him. And a threefold cord is not quickly broken." Ecc 4:12. In the world of business this can be interpreted in that we need one another, and if you are starting or building your home based business, having team support is definitely a key factor for you not to fail, but to succeed.
