A Penis Enlargement Exercise Technique - Jelqing

Penis enlargement exercises are a method to add permanent thickness and length to the penis. It is through these exercises that the penis becomes able to fill with more blood than before. Here I'll introduce you one of the penis enlargement exercises techniques - JELQ.

First, warm up your penis. You can use a heating pad, a warm and wet wash cloth or a hot shower. All of these should be applied directly to the penis.

Forth, Jelq your penis. Apply pressure to the grip and move it down the shaft. You want the pressure to be light and gentle, yet at the same time effective.

Then, you can stop the jelq before you reach the head of your penis and use your other hand to repeat the jelq. Switch hands every jelq rep until you acquire the number of reps.
