A Pop Up Stand Really Is An All Purpose Exhibition Display Stand

The exhibition and event industry have really taken the pop up stand to their hearts over the past few years and the pop up stand is now confirmed as the first choice for exhibition stands. If you listen to the industry gurus they list the features and benefits of the pop up stands as the key reasons as to why they have becomes so popular alongside banner stands. So, what are those key features and benefits? Well, it is not possible to provide a rank of any meaning but low cost, portability, ease of installation by one person, message impact and re-usability are just some of the factors involved.

What should you expect to pay?
A pop up will vary in cost according to price and accessories required. For example a standard pop up stands is available in heights form around 700mm, 1400mm, 2100mm and 2800mm. As for width the options are wide and in fact, infinite. Whether the pop up stand is in straight or curved format is one factor to be taken in to account. In general the smallest width available is around 1200mm, this being the 3x1 stand, so called because of the structure of the frame which supports the graphics. A 3 x 2 without any accessories should set you back between £200.00 and £400.00 depending on the quality of the graphics. As a rule thumb you can reckon on spending approximately £200.00 per linear meter for pop up stands. The cost of accessories should be added on top of this.

Accessories
The key accessories to consider are all optional. The pop up frame with graphics will function perfectly will on their own. If you are transporting these stand then you will need a transit case. There are a number of transit cases on ten market purpose built for the job. These nor mall feature a separate compartment for the frame and the graphics. The graphics are vulnerable so needed to be treated with as much care as possible. The transit case you should go for is the rigid, moulded plastic type with wheels. This protects the contents in the best possible way. The soft bag option is OK but simply not as strong and therefore offers less protection. Another advantage of the hard pop up case is that it has two other functions. Firstly it also functions as an ideal storage container to keep everything in one place and safe whilst in between exhibitions. Another clever design function is that it can also convert quickly and easily into a handy reception or demo counter.

Other accessories you may consider depend simply on whether or not you need them. For example, halogen lights certainly do enhance your display with a strong lighting capability. To convert your transit case into a very usable counter you will need a folding wooden top and a printed case wrap as well.
