A Quick Road To Employment Overseas An Online Tefl
One often overlooked area is the age-old field of teaching - more specifically teaching English as a second language. Many have found jobs teaching their native tounge in Japan, China, Korea and many other countries. And getting started is easier than you think. Thousands upon thousands have gotten started with an on-line TEFL degree. They're cheap, they open doors. Teaching doors and employment opportunity doors. On-line TEFL degrees range in price and length. Some are quite short...around 40 classroom hours but others are longer. Ranging in the 120 hour area and come with tutor and video support. Work at Your Own Pace The best thing about them is you can work at your own pace so if you need to make some fast changes with your life you can and if you're strapped for time you can take as long as you like to complete it. On-line TEFL degrees can open empoyment doors in China, Korea, Japan you name it. (One notable exception is the hyper competitive Western European markets. For these you'll need a bigger gun like a CELTA.) But these are big bucks and take a lot longer to complete. But really folks, you don't need CELTA level qualifications to get a teaching job in Asia. All you really need is a TEFL degree, a university education and an adventurous heart.
