All I've heard this past year is Trump this and Trump Network that. And for good reason. Donald Trump is endorsing his own brand new Network Marketing company that specializes in health products. He has always been a strong believer in Network Marketing and is a great asset to this business.
But what I find surprising is that a lot of Network Marketers think that Donald's new company is going to change how business is done. On many occasions I have spoken to distributors who have joined the Trump Network and they say that he will revolutionize the industry and they won't have to do that much work because of all the leads that will be produced automatically by the company.
Yeah, dream on! This is Multi Level Marketing guys. Unless they drastically change the format of how we run out business, it is very unlikely that even someone like Trump can completely change how this business is done over night. Now don't get me wrong. I have nothing against the man or his new venture. In fact, I'm sure it offers great products and has a sound compensation plan.
All I'm saying is that everyone needs to take a step back and open their eyes to the reality that the Trump brand name alone, will not make them rich. What will make the difference is how hard people work, how they market their business and how they implement their strategies. If people think they can sit back and relax in The Trump Network and watch leads fall onto their lap, they better snap out of it quick! Because once the buzz has died down, things will go right back to normal and there will be a lot of unhappy, broke network marketers.
Now having said that, there are 5 things that Network Marketers can put into place to make sure that they do increase their chances of success in The Trump Network. It's all about how you market your business and execute your strategy. Being with Trump will help a little. But it's not the be all end all. It's like I always say, "It's not WHAT you market, it's HOW you market".
These are the things you need to significantly increase the chances of YOUR success in The Trump Network and ANY network marketing company out there.
1. Brand YOU
This is a people business. People join other people. They don't join companies. What people want is someone they can follow to show them how to be successful in this tough, competitive business..
2. Marketing Training
What you need is a system that you can plug into to teach you the most current forms of online and offline marketing, if you want to stay on the cutting edge. You will also need to increase your personal value by constantly educating yourself.
3. Utilize The Internet
We don't live in the dark ages anymore. And the sooner you realize how powerful the Web is, the easier it will be for you gain some serious momentum in this business. Going online is what can truly propel you to the top because of its reach, its tools and the leverage you can apply to your business even when you are not there. This is key!
4. Implement A System
There has to be a stream lined marketing or lead generation system in place to make sure your business processes are in one perfect funnel. Without a system, your business will be much more difficult to keep track of and will lower your chances of success.
5. Alternative Income
You need to have more than one source of income while you are building your Network Marketing business. This industry is a marathon not a sprint, and without smart business practices like this, you will find it very hard to stay in this business for the long term. Unless of course you have lots of money to spare; which is not the case most of the time.
If you implement these 5 things into your business, I assure you that you will significantly increase your production and will be on your way to the top of your company. What I just showed you is the blueprint of many of the top earners out there today. They use a very similar strategy and leverage, leverage, leverage!
