Ok, so that is the information on the site, now does it work? Well, like all traffic systems you have to get traffic to your site to begin with. Without the visitors to your site initially who is going to join the freeviral traffic program which you have placed so diligently on your site.

My conclusion is that even if you have a small amount of traffic which has a potential to join this system your site could benefit greatly from it. One user is all it takes to get your site into the system.
