Acer H233h Bmid Monitor Review - Read This Before You Decide To Buy

The Acer H233H bmid (I have no real clue as to what this is – a search brought up something about “Browser-based application for creating web interfaces for command-line applications” or midwifery, so I would tend to go with the former) is a 23 inch LCD Widescreen monitor. It comes in a black cabinet which has a nice, glossy round edged bezel, again in black.

On the back of this unit are the inputs. There you will find the HDMI, DVI and VGA, accompanied by the audio input for the integrated speakers, should you require them. Set up is very straight forward, and the touch sensitive buttons are not overly sensitive so that selecting options is easy to do without annoyingly selecting the wrong options. On the Acer empowering technology option, there are options for luminance’s, which cover all your setup needs automatically, such as movie, standard, graphic, and also user defined if you want to twiddle.

Acer say this can be viewed at angles of 160 degrees, and you will be pleased to know that it does. Colours are nice and vivid and text is perfect even when really small, such as 6pt.

The H233H has a response time of 5ms, and when playing games or watching nice fast action films, the monitor handles them seamlessly, with nice colour and no smearing to spoil your viewing pleasure.

This is one good all round monitor and very affordable without compromising functions for price. You can’t go wrong with the Acer H233H bmid.
