Acne Cure

Acne is a common condition among teenagers and young adults, though frequently can persist well into later life. The blocking of hair follicles (otherwise known as pores) prevents oils from reaching the surface of the skin, and bacteria then begins to grow. The immediate cause of this is non-inflammatory acne, which consists of small ‘whiteheads’ and ‘blackheads’; but in more severe cases, acne takes on the form of ‘papules’ and pustules, which are unsightly, inflamed blemishes upon the skin caused by a break in the follicle wall. In its severest form, ‘nodules’ and ‘cysts’ form following a total collapse of the follicle, and show up as puss filled lesions.

A variety of treatments are on the market, ranging from green tea to vinegar, and a range of prescription drugs are available. Home remedies, such as exposing the skin to sunshine, eating less fatty foods, washing more frequently and controlling stress levels, have purportedly fended off acne outbreaks; but the reality is that they only serve to subdue the condition, rather than eliminate it entirely from the skin.

Widespread disappointment with acne treatments has led to years of shame and embarrassment for sufferers. People who suffer from body acne, which is often more severe, even refuse to go swimming or on holidays so that they will save themselves the humiliation of removing their shirt.

But there is good news: a new treatment, Acnezine by Revitol, promises to clear skin near completely within two months. It is a 2.4% benzoyl peroxide cream, which has been proven to be the most effective treatment for troublesome acne. Results are immediate, and improvements can be seen within 48 hours. Although 10% benzoyl peroxide treatments are available from your physician, the 2.4% lotion has been shown to be more effective, and causes much less drying and irritation to the skin.

As an acne sufferer myself, with severe acne on my back, chest and face, I thought I would try Acnezine, after having tried numerous other treatments only to find myself both disappointed, and out of pocket. I applied it once daily at first, and gradually built up to three applications per day; the results were instantaneous, and even after the first day I could already see a difference. After continuing the treatment for six weeks my skin was virtually clear. Now I live a normal life, and don’t need to worry about how my skin looks anymore; I still keep up the treatment, but I only find I need to apply the Acnezine one or twice a week.

Acnezine dries quickly so that it doesn’t take up much of your time to apply it, and it is cheap, too. Acnezine has certainly changed my life, and I recommend it to everybody who is suffering similar problems to what I was. Go ahead and try it, you won’t be disappointed.
