My only criticism of this book is that it is so comprehensive it's difficult to maintain focus on the objective - and that is to cure your acne. If you can manage to do this, I am convinced you will not only cure your acne, you will also improve your overall health at the same time. My motivation for buying this book was not to cure my acne. I have been acne free for many years. The contents of this book are just plain common sense, and the nearest thing I can think of as a solid guarantee to eliminate your acne quickly, and permanently. The best part is, all the ingredients you will need to implement the system are completely natural. They will most likely be in your kitchen cupboard, or they can be picked up at your local grocery store. Work the system and you should see results quickly, and be completely clear in about two months.
