Acne Rosacea And Adult Acne

acne can come in many forms. So how does a person distinguish between so many faces and forms of acne?
Acne can be very serious, or produce just minor lesions. The minor form of acne is much more common while the serious acne is the least common.
The most common form of acne is known as acne vulgaris. Several forms of pimples fall into this category. Acne problems that are considered acne vulgaris are blackheads, whiteheads, papules and pustules. Whiteheads occur when a skin pore becomes clogged due to trapped oil, bacteria and dead skin cells. The clogged mixture of the three is what causes the white color on the skin surface. Of all acne, typically whiteheads have the shortest lifespan. When the pore is only partially blocked with oil, dead skin cells and bacteria, blackheads occur. The skin's natural pigment reacting to the oxygen in the air confer them a black color. Blackheads can take a long time to clear up and appear for a long time. Papules are tender, red bumps that do not have the white appearance on the tip, even though they have become inflamed. Papules can result in infection if they are squeezed. Pustules are like whiteheads but are inflamed and have a red circle surrounding the affected area.
Acne Rosacea looks very similar to acne vulgaris and they are often confused for one another. Rosacea affects millions of people, most of who are prone to suffer skin problems and over the age of thirty. Acne Rosacea is a red rash, which is found on the cheeks, nose, forehead and chin. It's usually accompanied by bumps, pimples, and other skin blemishes. This type of acne also causes the blood vessels to become more visible on the skin. This acne skin is more common in women, but most cases on men are much more severe.
There are treatments available to fix skin problems like mild acne, the commonest acne type. Most people outgrow acne by the time they reach their thirties. If scarring occurs there are many treatment options for the acne sufferer. Prevention of acne is the best way to avoid the complications of the condition. If you suffer from a troublesome acne skin problem, ask your physician for a recommendation to a skilled dermatologist who can assist you in your therapy alternatives. Natural skin care solutions are another alternative; in this link you can easily find information about a natural rosacea skin problem treatment with BIOSKINCLEAR (if oily skin) or BIOSKINBALM (if only a few pimples as a consequence of rosacea - see: www.rosaceabalm.com )
