Acne Treatment With Guaranteed Results

The skin is the largest organ in the body, it is the most visible parts of the body, so it only makes sense that we care for it. Everyone has had trouble with acne at least once in their lifetime.

Acne is a hated skin disorder that affects the life of about 85% of the population of any age, but mostly affects young men and women about 12 years old and up all over the world. Despite the fact that acne is temporary and non-serious condition, it can have physical and profound psychological effects in young people, and if left untreated, it can turn into the most serious acne: cystic, an infection deep inside the pores that basically results in permanent scarring.

Some people get acne problems during their adolescent years, some people get them during or after pregnancy because of changes in their hormones and some get them when they get stressed out.

There other things that can cause acne, for example, hereditary factors, using oil based cosmetics, living or working in an environment of high humidity, or from excessive sweating, Some drugs can act as a trigger also, for example, lithium and steroids, and believe it or not, excessive washing can be the cause of acne or even the spread and worsen of the condition.

No matter how you get them, there is no doubt about it, acne causes more than just skin discomfort, it causes low self esteem and embarrassment.

Oil (sebum) is secreted by sebaceous glands and moves up to the surface of the skin through fine hairs growing from small sacs called hair follicles, which can get blocked with a mixture of dead skin cells, dirt, hardened oil, and finally bacteria, causing those darn pimples.

We have sebaceous glands almost all over our bodies, so zits appear where these glands are concentrated the most: upper chest, back, neck and face. We don't have oil pores in the palms of our hands, the soles and upper parts of our feet and also the lower lip.

Have you ever noticed that a pimple is most likely to appear just before a big interview, or just before a big dance or just before something you've been looking forward to happens? It is the body's way of letting you know that it's excited. Here are reasons why acne comes out and acne treatment that have been proven to get rid of acne.

Cigarette smoke, car exhaust and dust are some of the daily pollutants that contributes to the skin breaking out in acne or pimples. These are reasons why you need to cleanse the face with a good facial wash, apply toner and moisturizer everyday after long periods of time outdoors.

Make sure to apply moisturizer twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening. Too much sebum or oil in the face is produced when the face gets too dry, too much sebum clogs the pores which causes acne. If your face is well moisturized, you lessen the risk of sebum clogging your pores and producing acne or pimples.

Poor diet also contributes to the appearance of acne or pimples. Oily food are said to be major culprits when it comes to causing the skin to break out. A healthy diet of fruits and vegetables daily will keep the skin from getting acne or pimples and will give the skin a healthy glow. Drinking enough glasses of water, at least 8 glasses per day hydrates the skin and also helps give the skin a healthy glow.

Flawless, young looking skin does not come without some effort, so if you want it, you have to make it happen. A daily facial regimen will help you gain healthy and beautiful skin. Expensive acne products do not ensure that your skin will be ace free, if you want it to be healthy and acne free you need to wash, tone and moisturize regularly.

One thing that should be said about moderate to severe acne is that you should always seek the advice of a medical professional for correct diagnosis and treatment. Once diagnosed there is much a sufferer can do to help relieved the symptoms of acne.
