This will take some time and effort on your part, but will pay off nicely. Your voice as it were on your site must be engaging and compelling as well as have a sense of humor. This is what is needed to keep your site bubbling with readers. If you dont have this, then you are basically whistling in a tornado. NO one can hear or see you.
