Affiliate Article Marketing And Beyond

affiliate marketing in my book begins with article marketing because I do like to write. If you don’t like to write, you can also begin with video marketing, with YouTube. At the moment uploading a video to YouTube is free and quite simple to do. It just takes a few moments once you have your webcam set up, speak for at least thirty seconds to a minute, and you are all done. Then you go to the site named on my blog, browse for the video on your computer, and with one click of the “upload” button, you have uploaded your video to seven or more video sites across the internet.

This essentially means that you are on your own television channel twenty-four/seven playing around the world saying whatever you wish to the world about a product, or about yourself.

But back to article marketing. Affiliate article marketing is wonderful because you can write an article on one facet of affiliate marketing, submit it to article directories and then watch your site being virally spread across the article directories and eventually, once the site is distributed with a high number of links, usually Google will pick it up and display it for you proudly if you have used a high-ranking keyword. I use software that is mentioned in my Squidoo blog for this very purpose and it works like a charm.

I liken article affliate marketing to that of a choo-choo train with the product being in the engine room. The cars behind it are linked together, just like links on the internet, and include the boxcars of blogging, Squidoo lens, video marketing, forum signatures and plain old, old-fashioned ads. Linked together, you have an awesome marketing train ready to drive all of the people aboard to your website where they will view and hopefully purchase the products you are promoting. All aboard!
