You are going to need readers or visitors to your blog and plenty of them, this is what is known as traffic. If you have plenty of traffic then you can make plenty of sales through the products you promote, which means plenty of money. If you have no traffic or very little then you stand to make very little or no money at all.
Setting up a blog is easy, adding good content is also easy and adding affiliate links is not to hard either. Now getting traffic, well this is a bit harder. You have to be dedicated and persistent in your traffic generating efforts.
