If they do not purchase the product and they leave the sales page, you will lose them forever.
But if you do get the customer’s detail, you will be able to follow up with them and build a good relationship with them. This will give you the chance to convert more of your leads into paying customer. You will also be able to fully leverage on your list by promoting another products that might help them to solve their problem. You will be building a long term business if you are building your own list.
