Next you can prepare an outline by dividing the note cards into separate groups. After reading the details on them divide them into connected and coherent topics, subtopics, details and sub details. A rough draft can be written using this note card outline. The entire summary outline will be there in these note cards. Specialized software is also available online which will prepare the outline for you in a few minutes once you put in the required ideas.
It is better to prepare several rough drafts. Spell check should be done before finalizing it. Then the bibliography can be prepared in detail. Further prepare title pages and table pf contents. The title page will be the first page containing your name, project details etc. The table of contents includes the topics, central sub topics and page numbers for the ideas. Make sure that every thing is in order before final submission.
